WCB Alberta Manager/Supervisor interview questions

Interviewed with the senior manager and an HR person. Interview was okay and focused on behavioral competencies rather than technical knowledge. One thing is that this seemed like a rushed process, which often indicates a pre-selected candidate in a government environment. I was contacted for an interview two days before the date and I was told I didn't get the job 4 days later. I requested feedback for my application and interview and a couple of months later, I have not heard back.
