There was a binder I had to read. It contained info about cooking process (eg freezing and baking temperatures for various types of meat, fish, etc) and safety (eg. Minimum amount of time utensils must be sanitized). This was followed by a food and safety quiz on the computer. This was entirely multiple choice and required a minimum score of 80% to pass.
Another portion of the interview included selling a product that they gave you. A typical answer would be this is mayo, it costs 7, you can use it to make a sandwich, in dips, etc, it’s located in this aisle.
