WBPDCL interview questions

Written Tests mainly focus on Aptitude & Domain related questions short answer type. followed by Group Discussion, topics related to current affairs, united nations, Behavioral topic & Interview which is conducted by a group of three, one of them is HR & the other two are senior persons with substaintial knowledge in Power Plant.

They adopted a Professional Approach with Technical and Situation oriented questions thrown in between to check a candidates self confidence, communication skills, ability to deliver under pressure and how updates he/she is professionally.
