WAY2VAT interview questions

I started with a remote tech interview with the R&D Team Lead, followed by a 2-3 hour long home assignment (I was given several days to complete it). After that, we had a second tech interview in the office where we went over the test, which was immediately followed by a "HR" interview with the VP Product. It seemed odd to me that a company which is several years old and has dozens of employees does not have a dedicated HR personnel. The last interview was with their CEO, and it was followed by a verbal offer which I declined. Overall, the process was pretty short and effective, but due to the lack of a HR contact we had to schedule all of the meeting through a third-party recruiter, which wasn't very convenient.

The process was over zoom and laid out in steps, followed by a full GTM strategy presentation. Prior to the offer contacted references I had provided and seeked others outside my network. Next step, Face to face with the CEO he made an offer shook hands and I accepted. Two days later retracted the offer. after I had stopped the process with two other opportuinies.
