WAT Media interview questions

My interview was in WAT Media ( Worli , Mumbai ) .It started with a test on writing 3 letters from an Hr person addressing their employees...and then there was initial round of interview..In which I was asked which caste I belonged to which was the most absurd thing..I wonder if they select people according to that..!! How does that even matter??? Then I was asked to meet the HR Director and I was grilled thoroughly for at least 1/2 hour by 4 people -3 recruiters and the HR director herself. It was stress interview where they asked me the same questions again and again. Overall the experience was great as I learnt a lot.. A stress interview can actually teach you a lot because it puts on the spot and you are judged by how you handle that kind of stress. When I came out of the room I actually felt a major sense of relief since it was over..
