      Process Control Engineer Interview

      27 Dec 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Houston, TX
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at W. R. Grace & Co. (Houston, TX) in Nov 2020

      Interview

The interview process involved being called by an internal recruiter for a screener followed by a video interview with the hiring manager and the N+1 and then a video interview that involved a presentation and then follow up questions. The questions were mostly behavioral, but I appreciated that they listened and asked some personalized questions to my experience. Overall, the team was friendly and the process was quick and easy.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Typical behavioral questions about how to manage work and teams. A lot of focus on how to drive capital projects
