An hour virtual interview with some competency based questions and then an hour face to face interview that was all back to back competency based questions. It was very structured will expectation that all questions are answered so didn't allow for much flexibility or showing of personality which I don't think works as well anymore. The expectation was for short scripted answers but without giving you any idea of what to prepare.
