That interview was followed by a panel interview; this included a requirement to prepare and discuss a 'portfolio of programs' from my functional/technical leadership roles. Despite less-than-glowing feedback from network contacts about Gore (including lower-than-market midpoints for comp ranges), I agreed to invest the time in these steps to explore the position and company.
