Very relaxed, on the phone, talked for 40 minutes about company, loves if you ask questions. Will be very specific in questions and answers. do not stress because they are so open to talking to people.

Simple phone screening followed by personality based interview. As long as you show that you are reasonable competent, then you should be fine. They are easy to converse with. Phone screening takes roughly 10-15 minutes with the interview taking about 30.
