Vyron Corporation interview questions

Applied as I met the requirements of the role with several years of estimating experience. The phone interview was very professional, and the HR person was highly informative about the company and its benefits. The interview was scheduled, and I told them I could manage an hour for the interview. The first interview panel was two senior managers. They mostly asked behavioral-based questions, and some questions about my experience. One of the senior managers checked their phone quite often during the interview and eventually seemed completely uninterested in being there. Then the second panel came in and interviewed me, this is almost completely unstructured. It mostly revolved around a company I used to work for and the opinion of the two panel members. The panel members then instructed me that I would have to do a job shadow to still be considered for the job, I obliged. The shadow went on for some time but was informative. In the end, one of the panel members said they were interested and would let me know. In total the interview took roughly three hours and went over time by a long shot. In the end, I did not received any feedback nor was I told directly that I did not get the job.
