I interviewed for the Technical Recruiter role at ImagineArt and wanted to share my experience to help future candidates.
The first-round interview felt unstructured, and it seemed like my profile hadn’t been reviewed beforehand. At times, the interviewer appeared disengaged, like checking the time while I was speaking. I was also told the team is looking for someone who “knows how to code,” which was surprising because the job description didn’t mention this.
The recruiter said they would get back to me within a week and discuss my profile with the hiring manager, but I never received an update. I even followed up via email asking for feedback, but there was no response.
Overall, the interview left me confused about the role and the process.
