1st round - general chat and introductions When asked about team working practices the response was "we don't like to dictate this" and there was no clarity given about how the engineering teams operate daily. 2nd round - take home exercise followed by presentation to team Having put a lot of effort in to the take home exercise (which was timeboxed to 2-4 hours) I was then told I would not proceed to the presentation stage but received no feedback or formal comments as to why I wasn't proceeding. For someone who takes their work as seriously as I do, it was very disappointing having been asked to do something to the best of my ability to not receive any feedback.
