Interview
The process is in 3 steps. First you have a call with someone that is part of HR team. Then if you are qualified, you receive a case study you have to work on during 2 days. If it's ok on this study case, you debrief about it with people and then if it's ok, you get an offer.

They ask many things about your personality and skills. They want to see if you have a good mindset to join their team and also if you are motivated by the project to work on it.
