Interview
This is marketing engineer/developer interview process. Usually they make you do one one hour online coding quiz, if you passed they will call you and do a technical interview. Usually you will meet the rest of the team and the manager, and the director (who don't really ask technical questions)

Question 1
Process might have changed since I left, but more or less the 'tech' interview is more about 'attitude', not so much technical questions. They might ask you simple CSS questions, some Javascript. Because most people in marketing don't really know web architect/programming the questions will be very basic.
