Volare Management Group interview questions

It seemed like one of those scam companies that just makes you sell phone plans for verizon instead of an actual marketing and management business. They also wanted me to work from 8am-7pm

First interview is fairly simple and straightforward, just introductory for both parties. Second interview is a more in depth overview of yourself and the company as a whole. More of a discussion of the company rather than an interview. It’s clearly very scripted and streamlined.
