This company ghosted me after an in-person interview. They neither told me nor the agency recruiter that I was working with that I wasn't going to be hired. It is very unprofessional to leave a candidate hanging without a definite 'yes' or 'no'. I leave the overall experience as neutral because of this failure to communicate.
Interview process was reasonable. Agency recruiter -> Online with two people from the company (hiring mgr and hr) -> In person with three people (hiring manager, VP, CFO).
Note: company was hiring a BA as a title. They were in actuality hiring a Business Systems Analyst.
