HR Conversion Interview. I was outsourced to VIS already. It was supposed to be a 30 min interview. I live far away from the interview place, so I asked for the fleet in my VIS building to come and take me. Unfortunately, it did not come on time. I called the HR before going to describe that and to tell that I might be a bit late. She talked a lot about not having time. When I suggested that we delay it, she said it's ok to come. Inspite of my apology even before I went there, she made me wait for an hour for nothing but I was late. We had an urgent work back then and we had to stay late at work my colleague and I so we can overcome that. the result was that I was aggressive, so wasn't accepted.
