Zuerst wurde ein Telefoninterview durchgeführt, um dann zum Assessment Center eingeladen zu werden. Danach wurde erst zum AC eingeladen für den Beruf als Key Account Manager, aber am Ende wurde fast jedem nur ein Job in einem TelefonShop angeboten.
