Interview
Interview consisted of several stages, included video part (8 questions, half in English, half in Italian), analytical skills test (find best fit in a set of pictures), reasoning test (find most and least appropriate action in some situation).

Good process with multiple rounds including onsite. Challenging scenario type questions, like how would you think about x or y. Recruiters were good too keeping you up to date. Good process overall.

Describe previous projects you worked on and drove impact
Started with two analytical and logical reasoning rounds and later proceeded to technical ones which i did not clear. From what i heard from others there were two further rounds of questioning before the final HR round.

El proceso desde la inscripción en la oferta, hasta el final es largo, tienes varias fases de entrevista: rrhh, técnico, con el manager , un ejercicio…Lo bueno es que, ante cualquier duda, siempre había alguien con quien contar para resolverlo
