Interview
Stage 1: Online Application
This is very straightforward with just filling in your contact details and why you want to work for Vodafone UK.
Stage 2: Logical non verbal reasoning test
Prepare before hand doing standard non verbal reasoning tests recognising different patterns in various sequences and you should be fine!
Stage 3: Video Interview
Standard video interview with about 5 questions thrown at you and you have roughly 1-2mins to record your answers. Questions involved recognising important aspects of customer service, collaboration, setbacks, interesting fact learnt about Vodafone etc...
Stage 4: Assessment Centre
Consisted of a group task, individual presentation and 1-to-1 interview. As long as you speak up, present your ideas clearly and confidently and demonstrate the 'Vodafone way' then you'll be fine! Show passion for the scheme you're applying to and make sure you can incorporate this into the 3 different elements of the day. My interviewer asked me questions about why I want to work at Vodafone, innovation, customer service, handled complex info, time I've made a mistake etc. Vodafone were great throughout the day, putting us all at ease and as a result, the AC was quite relaxing.
