Prepare to have your time wasted. This interview process was the most drawn out I've ever experienced. 5 rounds of interviews drawn out over 2 months. The first was a phone screening, followed by a 1 on 1 video call with the hiring manager, then meeting two teammates, then a live design review exercise. The hiring manager wanted to assign a design test at this stage, but company policy prohibited. Finally, an interview with two VPs. All this to determine that I wasn't a fit, and they needed to "rethink the scope of the position" which was a lie, because they opened up the same job for applications the very next day. Every individual I got to meet was lovely. Vizient obviously has a strong culture and great people upholding it. Their pay is competitive and very few companies in the US offer such good benefits. It's apparent that they are beholden to strict processes, and therefore slow-moving and indecisive.
