The founder is friendly. It's not a typical behavioral interview. He definitely looks for a team player. He honestly talks about their business areas and hiring process. But I emailed him after the interview and no feedback.

The first interview is relatively informal. They are gauging to see if you would be a good fit for the company. The second interview is filled with more typical interview questions. The final round is case.
