I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Viventium in May 2025
Interview
Two step interview with a possible third. Interviewed with HR. Then had a second interview with two onsite managers, of which one was extremely late and having technical difficulties. Then after that, they basically ghosted. I'm of the opinion that any company with multistep hiring processes should at least take the time to let a candidate know if they are going with other options. While I was generally excited, between the one manager being late and the ghosting, this tells me everything I need to know about how this organization regards their employees.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Viventium (New York, NY) in Feb 2026
Interview
Man, the technical support team has no idea what they're talking about when it comes to anything at all. Getting on for this job is 90% passing a stupid vibe check and 10% actually knowing anything, so honestly just go in and pray that they like the cut of your jib.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Just a bunch of "remember a time when" questions that people flock to ChatGPT to make up answers for anyway. They have no idea what actually makes a good technical support agent or what you need to know to succeed in the role, even in spite of it being their job.
