Overall very disappointed at the end of the process. I was led to believe that I was genuinely demonstrating my value by going over a case study, I was told to complete in 2 hours, with the hiring manager but instead I definitely feel like they pushed me aside to use my ideas in order to solve their business problems. I tried asking for feedback to improve for future interviews and they totally ghosted me and provided no closure as I’ve spend hours preparing for this process. This led me to believe they’ve been doing this shady practice before. Please be careful with employers like this. They will get your hopes up and gaslight you thinking you are such a desirable candidate but in the background they end up wasting your time. At first they seemed trustworthy provided me some valuable guidance and now I feel stupid for not catching the red flags. BEWARE and think it through before you spend your time interviewing with these people!
