My screening interview with HR was comfortable and easy-going. They were very welcoming and allowed the interview to progress as a casual conversation. I did not feel pressured to answer perfectly, nor did I feel any stress.

I was asked to speak to my experience, and answer question pertaining to how my skills aligned to the job requirements. An example was describing a time where I had carried a project from beginning to end and the successes/challenges that came with it.
