The interview process really starts with a couple of skill & personality tests before you even submit your resume. An initial interview happened with the Founder & operations leaders. They were very friendly and laid back. The second interview was with two of the same people and the direct manager of the role. Again, very friendly and laid back.

The interview was done by 2 owners in the company. We met in a conference room. We typically have Team Leaders involved as well, but this was an interview for a Team Leader role.
