Interview
Had to be rescheduled twice and once I was sitting on the call and nobody joined. Two further rounds. The first was great. The second one featured questions loaded with subconscious bias and when answered comprehensively the interviewer seemed perturbed. It was odd. I followed up with samples and a thank you to the recruiter who ghosted me.
The interview process was truly impressive, thanks in large part to the amazing people involved. Everyone I interacted with was not only helpful but also transparent, making the experience feel open and honest. Their willingness to share insights about the role, team dynamics, and company culture helped me feel informed and at ease throughout the process.

I had the opportunity to explain how I’ve applied these skills in past projects and how they could benefit the team.

The interviewers created a welcoming atmosphere, encouraging me to be myself and express my personality.
This helped me gauge the team’s culture and whether it was a good fit for my work style and values.
