Good, easy to follow with an emphasis on past sales experience and technical camera knowledge. I was asked on “what would you do” scenario questions that centred around use cases for clients wanting to order large fleets of cameras and lenses. This often
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Vistek (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2018
Interview
I was called and asked some questions about my knowledge in the industry. Pretty standard phone call, imo. Then I was asked to come in for an interview. There were two managers from the store and someone else (can't remember her job). They asked me questions about my last few jobs, what I did, and if I'd be available every second Saturday. Wasn't an amazing conversation, just standard.

Question 1
They asked me about how I would generate a client roster, which I thought was strange. It's retail! Customers come to you, right?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vistek (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2018
Interview
I applied over a week ago and got a small phone interview with HR and then two weeks later proceeded with an in-person interview with the manager. The phone interview asked about salary expectations, what I was planning on doing after school etc.. fairly simple answers.
When the interview came, it was kept casual talking about my experience in the field. If you show you're passionate about photography/film and know what you're talking about, you will most likely be hired. The interview lasted for about 30-40 mins and the manager kindly told me about what the position entailed and let me know I'd hear back from them within a week.

Question 1
A lot of scenario based questions on customers and co-workers.
