They lie about the required experience on the job descriptions. I interviewed for a role with one of their contracted recruiters that I not only met, but exceeded all requirements for. The next day, I was sent a rejection email before the actual company/hiring manager even met with me, for "not enough experience". If you list a requirement of 1+ year experience, don't reject candidates that have nearly 4 years experience in an almost identical role as having "not enough".
In addition, don't trust any of the recruiters that reach out to you on behalf of this company. They will make it seem like it is a sure thing and that the team will be excited to meet with you, only to be rejected.
