I got approached with a job offer, manifested my interest, we scheduled and did a quick phone call interview, and then I waited the next 2 or 3 weeks for a follow-up interview for skill assessment, which was supposed to happen during the week following the phone call according to what I was told. The follow-up contact was to inform me that this second point of contact was to be postponed due to someone in the decision-makers being on vacation. Sadly, this was as far as I got during their recruitment process because the next contact I had with this company was to inform me that they found someone with more experience.
