30 mins with an employee who had previously been a part of the trainee program and 30 mins with an HR representative. The questions were pretty standard; go through your CV, describe your role in a project, etc.

Interview
First step are assessment tests, they are easy. Next step is an on site interview at the local office. This is divided into two different interviews where one is behavorial and one is a walk-through of CV and grades with questions.
