Interview scenario was to bring along an item/items which best described me as a person. Could bring along anything to the interview, so straight away you are looking to stand out, as well as make it personal to show your passion. Never experienced this with any other interview so it was a great icebreaker. Second stage was to present an overview of how I would plan my first year within the business in order to have a successful first year.
