I went through their recruiting process recently and it was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had:
• After applying, I was contacted quickly, but the recruiter gave inconsistent information about the role.
• The timeline kept changing — I was told to expect next steps, then heard nothing for weeks.
• When I followed up, I received vague responses and was promised feedback that never came.
• The recruiter finally disappeared without closure, despite earlier enthusiasm.
It left the impression that there is no structure, no accountability, and no respect for candidates’ time.
Recruiting is your company’s front door. Right now it looks careless and sloppy. If you can’t run a professional process, you will continue to lose strong candidates before they even step in the door. Alarming considering they deal with federal contracts
