It went very well and smooth. The manager was really nice. She helped me throughout the whole process and was very flexible and friendly. She responded the emails back and got an email a few hours after my interview

If not. You’ll know too. It’s more like a conversation. There’s no negotiating. (Or time to Look at your contract) they just want to fill a spot
