      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at VisiTech PR (Denver, CO) in Oct 2017

      Interview

Very short process, starts with a phone call that lasts maybe 10-15 minutes even though they say it'll be 30 minutes. Then an in-person, also very short, same questions. Next is the final interview, in-person which once again is short, and you meet with a higher up. They actually had me do the interview in their basement "conference room", it was dark, emtpy and very creepy. The whole building was silent, and I saw maybe 3 people total. Being honest, I'm not sure the woman had looked at my resume prior, and I was asked maybe 3 questions, it was very uncomfortable. From there you get invited back to do a "written test" on your skills, took some time, several others walked in while I was taking it to do the same thing. And to this day I've never heard back- even tried calling and e-mailing. I honestly think it's one big scam to get us to write articles for them.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at VisiTech PR (Denver, CO) in Oct 2016

      Interview

      (1) A brief phone interview with the owner. (2) About 2 weeks later, an in-person interview with the VP with questions such as "how would your best friend describe you" etc. (3) The same day, a very open ended written test in their office in Denver. No time limit was given, and word count suggestions were also minimal. It took me about an hour. (4) About two weeks later, an in-person interview with the owner. She asked me to recap me previous interview and then asked me some typical questions like "what are you strengths and weaknesses". She also gave me the chance to ask her some questions. The owner emailed me on November 13, a few days after the last interview, and said she'd let me know one way or the other "the week of Thanksgiving". Then nothing. I waited a week after Thanksgiving, and sent a follow up email inquiring about the status of my application. No reply, and nothing since (it is now mid December). Given the length of the process, I expected a more professional, courteous rejection.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

It felt as if they Googled: "best interview questions to ask potential candidates" and went with that. Very generic questions like "describe a time you had to solve a hard problem at work" or "describe your worst boss".
