I applied through the Naukri portal. The first round was the L1 - operational round and the second round was the L2 - round after clearing all these rounds you need to attend a versant test, if you clear that round you will be moved to the HR round. After the HR round, they will send you an offer letter

1. Tell me about yourself (L1 round)
2. What is the role of the KPO- Analyst(L1 round)
3. Talk about any topic of your choice for one minute(L2 round)
4. HR round(basically discussing about salary and past experience)

After first round I don't get any response from so, I decided Iam rejected.
In First round of interview questions are very easy but Iam rejected. May be because of my communication skills will try to improve my communication skills.

They asked first self introduction and some basic questions like relocation
It was bad a experience because instructions were unclear and they took 4 rounds for 23000 job. haha. And rejected me in last one saying you should not apply here because you are over qualified. But I wanted a WFH
