Interview Process started a month back and I received a mail from HR asking for documents to process my offer letter. I forwarded all my documents to HR and they called me to visit Virtusa Office with all my original documents. All the formalities were done and then they kept me on wait for 2 weeks. I kept on asking them about my offer they asked me to wait. Today when I asked them HR informed me that profile went on HOLD. Just imagine the height of non proficiency, I didnt receive any mail communication. Literally a messed up management who has no clue what they are upto and where to go. THEY WASTED MY CRITICAL 3 WEEKS & KEPT ME ON WAIT.
