I was contacted by email first and sent a link to schedule an interview. The interview itself was a mix of formal and informal questions. The interviewer was very laid back and he made me feel very comfortable. I was informed in the interview that he'd like me to continue in the interview process and to complete a task. Compared to other tasks I've been given by other companies this task, although challenging, was very reasonable. I had to explain my ideas in a follow up call where he answered my questions, I received great feedback and we discussed expectations and the position.
