Disorganized. Unclear who I would report to till final paperwork signed. Unclear on roles and reporting structure. Appreciated effort and communications if HR team who really had it together. Believe the HR team winks actually be great to work for.

I joined Virtusa 10 years ago. So my experience may not be reflective of the current process. However overall it is still similar as I have been interviewing candidates throughout. I interviewed for the position of Associate Solution Architect. I had 2 rounds of technical, 2 management rounds and 1 HR round. The 1st technical was very detailed and rigorous as the objective was to assess not just knowledge, but ability to solve difficult technical problems. The 2nd technical was a case study. I was given a case and asked to provide high level solution and implementation plan. These 2 rounds were conducted by principal architects. The 2 management evaluation rounds were by center head and business unit head. The questions were related to assessing alignment with company values/culture, leadership potential and personality.
