They asked questions from the area worked. Interview process took almost 2 weeks and then I was informed that I am selected. After then HR discussion where different HR's were involved.
After all round, they don't process the offer letter since they think that the candidate will not join since the notice is three months even if they have a notice period of three months how they can expect that candidate join within a months
