An hour interview by project manager and managed by HR. The interview is average where the hiring manager asked various questions align with the job scope requirements. HR seems to end the interview very quick without much briefing post interview.

My experience with the interview process was totally bizarre. The recruiter reached out to me directly about a new role. I had an interview with HR and then an interview with a Hiring manager. Everything seemed to be going well. I was given a task too which I submitted, full of optimism. Unfortunately, I heard nothing from HR and followed up a few weeks later. Still heard nothing. I waited another few weeks and followed up with HR again with the hiring manager directly this time. I eventually received a rejection and have no doubt they’re going to use the ideas I provided in the task. I was really keen on the role and it would have been nice if they had kept me updated throughout the process properly.
