First round was an online coding test, followed by a HR screening. This was followed by a 1 hour technical call with a trader where I was asked a series of questions on probability and statistics.

HackerRank screening sent out containing typical problems that one would expect. I have not heard back since. I am not sure about the rest of the process after the first screener.

Interview
Before even speaking to a human I was given an OA consisting a few brain teasers, completely unrelated to the technical requirements of the role. A completely uncorrelated way to test one's skills... solving some algorithmic riddle has zero bearing on enterprise development skills in various frameworks.
