Apply online, Skype interview and then an on post interview. It took them FOREVER to get back to me with a timeline at all after going to campus. The interview went fine, but the after interview contact could be much better.

Interview
interviews at conference; invite flyout later. Hold presentations and meet with individual faculty from the department. Meet with the Dean and some student representative. Allow to ask questions. Breakfast, lunch and dinner with some faculty members.
