I applied and didn’t hear back until a couple weeks later where she asked me to list my availability for the next month for an interview. I didn’t hear back until over 3 weeks after that and they picked the last day I was available since they took so long to reply. During my zoom interview, they were 10 min late and didn’t email me to say they would be late. My interviewers switched in the middle and then 2nd interviewer asked a similar situational question that I’ve already been asked so it was awkward to tell the story again when someone else in the panel already heard it. To top it off, they ghosted me after and never contacted me after the first interview. It was a waste of time to be strung along just for 1 interview. Very unprofessional experience. Questions were all scripted and behavioral questions. First interview was a zoom panel.
