After submitting an application and resume you will receive either an email or call from the recruiter. You will have a phone interview and if it goes well then an in person interview will be scheduled with the hiring supervisor. If this goes well a link will be sent to your references to complete a simple questionnaire. If offered a position you will be required to pass a drug test and background check.
