Very basic, scripted interview process. They will ask a series of 5-8 questions, writing down your responses. They want to know your ideas on classroom management, presenting and differentiating curriculum, how you handle conflicts with coworkers…etc.

The interview process is very unique to the school you are interviewing for. This is dependent upon the school’s admin and their openness, their level of desperation to fill the position, and simply their ability to have the time to even interview you.
