Simple phone screen.
It was basic customer service questions and employment history. The lady didn't seem interested in actually talking to me, she seemed distracted (like she was doing something on the computer)

Interview
The interview process was pretty relaxed and the interviewer was welcoming. The location for the interview place was quite tricky to find and be yourself. The interviewer asked various questions about how you can fit with the company, what my relevant experience is. Maybe try and not look too business like when it comes to dress attire.
