Interview
After applying you will be invited to an assessment centre where you'll have a group exercise, followed by a quick training showcase where you'll need to PT the other person (in pairs).
Once you pass it you will be invited to the particular club interview, conducted by a Head Coach. You'll have a informal-style chat with them, followed by a case-study which will be creating a workout and delivering it to one of the team members.
