Good and thorough. Located in a nice area. Friendly interview, ability to meet people beforehand. Difficult because you are expected to know a lot about the company sop take this into consideration if applying to Virgin, but I guess it made me realise I didn't really think it was the place for me anyway. Good interview in that you work out what you want too.
