Get a call from recruiter to set an interview soon after I sent my resume. Talk was nice, first introduction, then the recruiter ask questions about my work experience, the expected salary, and status. The offer a very poor salary.

I got a phone call right after I submitted the resume and the manager set up the interview with me through the phone. There are two interviewers during the interview. They started asking me about my current status and expected salary after I introduced my previous experience.
